There is a suitable job for everyone out there.
When you are new its ok, but after some time, do not expect others to cover for you, esp when manpower is short and everyone has their own jobscope to do! If you do not have the capability for this job, there is always another job for you! If you cannot change yourself for your job, don't be engineer also can, just go be anything you want.
The only difference is what opportunities and resposibilities that job offers.
